Winter Fest was a great success, and the City would like to thank Janelle Carter...

and her staff for such a wonderful city event.  There were many activities and events for people to participate in like the Winter Fest 5K run, the Little Miss Suzie Snow Flake pageant and the Light Parade.  We also had food booths and a program along with many other activities throughout the day.  Thanks again to Janelle and her staff, great job guys!
