Part-Time Animal Control Officer

We are currently accepting applications for the position of part-time Animal Control Officer. The beginning wage is $12.00 an hour.  It is expected that this individual will work monday through friday for five (5) hours a day, during business hours, accumulating twenty-five (25) hours a week.  These duties will include, but are not limited to,  feeding any animals, cleaning the cages and building, responding to calls for service, monitoring licensing issues, city code compliance, writing reports and working with outside agencies and rescue groups.  You also may be required to euthanize animals.   Experience is not required but preference will be given to those that have experience already.   Please click on the link below for an application.  Please print it and bring or mail in a copy to the city offices by close of business on  Friday May 31, 2013 .  Thank you.
