LaVerkin City General Plan

The LaVerkin City General Plan was prepared by Utah Community Planners and adopted December 21, 2005.  The Plan was updated by the Planning Commission and approved by City Council on January 6, 2010.

"The Plan is the official statement and vision of both short and long-range goals to guide the growth and development of the City.  The Plan focuses on improving the physical environment of the City as well as the quality of life of the citizens."- LaVerkin City General Plan Chapter One: Introduction.
